Why it matters here
Some wear patterns are specific to this region. We know what to look for.
Summers here are hard on compressors, condensers and cabin cooling. We measure vent temperatures with the engine running rather than taking the seller’s word for it.
Constant UV, sand abrasion and quick respray jobs all leave traces. Paint-thickness readings across the panels show where a car has been repainted.
Sudden flooding is rare but real. We look for moisture, silt and corrosion in the places water settles and does not drain.
High ambient temperatures shorten battery life and stress the charging system. We test rather than assume.
Coastal humidity and sand build-up affect the underbody and suspension components. We inspect visually as far as access allows.
Dubai’s market carries a high share of imported and re-registered cars. We flag anything inconsistent with the car’s stated history.

Travel outside Dubai may affect scheduling and cost. Ask us when you book and we will confirm before anything is agreed.

We come to the car. That is the whole service. Wherever it is parked in Dubai, as long as we can safely access it and the seller agrees to the visit, the inspection happens there.
No. Many of our clients are at work, or in another country entirely. We coordinate with the seller, carry out the inspection and send you the report. You are welcome to attend if you would like to.
Yes. We inspect at dealerships and showrooms regularly. Most are used to independent inspections; we simply arrange a time that suits their floor staff.
We complete every other part of the inspection and state clearly in the report that no road test was carried out. You can then decide whether that changes your view of the car.
