This policy explains what personal information SKM Car Inspection (“SKM”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use this website or book an inspection, what we do with it, and the choices you have. It applies to carinspection.ae and to the inspection service we provide in the United Arab Emirates.

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, quote for and schedule an inspection, carry it out, produce and send your report, answer questions about that report, and keep records of the work we have done. We also use it to comply with our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with dealers, sellers or any third party for marketing.
We share information only where it is necessary to deliver the service or where the law requires it. That can include the seller or their representative, strictly to arrange access to the vehicle; service providers who host this website, deliver our email or store our files, under their own confidentiality obligations; and a competent authority, where we are legally required to disclose.
We keep booking and inspection records for as long as we may need them to answer questions about an inspection and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Enquiries that do not lead to an inspection are kept for a shorter period. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
This site uses only the cookies needed to make it work and to keep it secure. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Your browser lets you block or delete cookies, though some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the information we hold, including access controls and encrypted connections to this website. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that information sent over the internet is entirely safe in transit.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Write to booking@carinspection.ae and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Where UAE data protection law gives you further rights, this policy does not limit them.
Our pages may link to other websites, such as WhatsApp or a vehicle listing. We are not responsible for how those services handle your information; please read their own policies.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
