In every package
Every package is carried out at the vehicle’s location. No workshop booking, no moving the car.
We read stored and pending fault codes from the control modules our tool can access on that vehicle.
Findings that matter are photographed, so you can see what the technician saw.
Grouped by area, written in plain English, with repair priorities. Yours to keep and share.
We are paid by you, not the seller. The report says what the car is actually like.
If something in the report is not clear, call us and we will talk it through.
How we price
We quote per car rather than running a single flat rate, because the work genuinely varies. Three things move the number:
How much of the car we go through, and whether a road test and underbody check are included.
Luxury, performance, hybrid and electric cars take longer and need more specialised checks.
Inspections in Dubai are standard. Travel to other emirates may affect the price, and we confirm that before booking.
Whatever the number is, you hear it before anything is agreed. We do not add charges afterwards.

After we have agreed the details with you, as arranged at the time of booking. Nothing is charged for an enquiry.
Not if you tell us before our technician travels to the car. If the seller cancels or the car is not there once the technician has arrived, we may charge for the visit — and we will always tell you before applying any charge.
Travel outside Dubai may affect the price. Tell us the location when you enquire and we will confirm the full figure up front.
Usually, yes, if the technician has time and the location allows it. We will confirm the revised price with you before continuing.
